Our Decoration Methods
Screen Printing
The classic. Ink is pushed through a screen directly onto the garment — vibrant, durable, and the most cost-effective option for larger runs. Minimum 25 pieces for one color, 50 pieces for two or more colors. The more you order, the lower the per-piece cost.
DTF — Direct to Film
DTF transfers are printed onto a film and heat-pressed onto the garment. Full color, highly detailed, and works on virtually any fabric. No minimum order. Perfect for small runs, complex multi-color designs, and customers who need just a few pieces with no compromise on quality.
Heat Vinyl
Colored vinyl is cut to your design and heat-pressed onto the garment. Clean, sharp edges and excellent durability. No minimum order. Ideal for names and numbers, simple logos, team jerseys, and single-color designs.
Sublimation
Dye is infused directly into the fabric — the design becomes part of the garment rather than sitting on top of it. Best on white or light polyester. No minimum order. Exceptional for all-over prints, full-color photographic designs, and performance wear.

Bring your design in the highest resolution file you have — .ai, .eps, .pdf, or high-resolution .png with transparent background work best. Need a design created? We can help with that too.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum order for screen printing?
Screen printing requires a minimum of 25 pieces for one color designs and 50 pieces for two or more colors. However if you need fewer pieces we offer DTF transfers, heat vinyl, and sublimation with no minimum order at all — same quality, no minimums.
What is the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing pushes ink through a screen directly onto the garment — best for large runs and simple designs. DTF (Direct to Film) prints onto a transfer film then heat presses it onto the garment — best for small runs, complex multi-color designs, and orders under 25 pieces. Both produce excellent results.
How long does a custom shirt order take?
We typically tell customers to plan for two weeks from order approval to completion. We often beat that — but we would rather underpromise and overdeliver than the reverse. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our schedule — ask us.
Can you match colors across infant, youth, and adult sizes?
Yes — and this is something we do better than anyone in the area. We carry Rabbit Skins infant and toddler blanks and LAT youth and adult blanks, both from the same brand family with coordinated colorways. The color on a 6-month onesie is the exact same color as the adult XL. Perfect for family reunions, youth sports, and church groups.
Can you create my design if I do not have one?
Yes. Bring your idea, a rough sketch, or just a description and we will work with you to develop the design. Design fees vary depending on complexity — ask us for a quote.
What garment brands do you carry?
We carry Gildan, Next Level, Cotton Heritage, LAT, and Rabbit Skins for shirts and apparel. For hats we carry Richardson, Yupoong, and Toad MFG. We can also source other brands on request — ask us if you have a specific brand in mind.
Do you ship or is pickup only?
Both. We ship nationally and you are always welcome to pick up in person at 250 The Blvd., Eden, NC. Local pickup lets you inspect the order before you leave — we encourage it.
